What time does the venue open?
The venue should open at 6PM in preparation for a standard 7PM show.
Is alcohol available for purchase?
We have several stations for beer, seltzers, water and sodas.
Can I bring a lawn chair?
Yes! We encourage our guests to bring comforts.
Can I bring my own food or beverages?
Outside food, beverages and coolers are not allowed.
What is the online processing fee for?
The ‘Processing Fee’ charge applied to advance online ticket sales covers essential services to enhance your concert-going experience. This fee is allocated for the setup and maintenance of the concert environment, as well as for ensuring the security and functionality of our online ticketing system. We strive to provide a seamless and safe transaction process for all our patrons.
Is smoking permitted?
In designated areas only.
Are guests under 18 allowed to attend?
Yes! Unless stated otherwise, all of our general admission tickets are available for those under 18.
Do I need to bring an ID?
If you are planning on purchasing any alcohol, please plan on bringing an ID. Any preferred or VIP seating offered may only be available to those with a valid 21+ ID.
